By creating an account and playing Express, you agree to abide by these terms. Express is a private server intended for educational and entertainment purposes only.
We are not affiliated with the original creators of this game or any of its partners. All game content, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Express is a fan-made project and claims no ownership of the original game's intellectual property.
We pride ourselves on a friendly community. Harassment, hate speech, racism, doxxing (sharing personal information without consent), threats, or abusive behavior towards staff or other players will not be tolerated and may result in immediate permanent ban.
Staff reserve the right to determine appropriate punishment based on the severity of the offense at their sole discretion. Penalties may include warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans. Repeat offenders will face escalated consequences.
The use of third-party programs (packet editors, bots, macros, DLL injections, memory editors), modified game clients, modified game files, hardware abuse, DDoS attacks, or exploiting in-game bugs is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent ban. Attempts to disrupt server operations or compromise server security may also result in permanent bans. If you find a bug, please report it to the staff immediately.
Selling or buying in-game items, currency (Mesos/NX), or accounts for real-world currency or services is strictly forbidden. All accounts involved in RMT will be permanently banned.
You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password or PIN with anyone. The staff will never ask for your password. Express is not responsible for lost items or characters due to account sharing or security breaches.
The Express staff may limit, suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine you have violated these Terms or engaged in harmful conduct.
We reserve the right to discontinue the website or game server at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss of data, access, or monetary loss resulting from such discontinuation.
We collect minimal data necessary to operate the service (email, username, gameplay data). We do not sell your information to third parties.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
